The South African invasion force at this time at Wajir 16 Dec 40 - (3 Jan 41) was strategically moving to invade Italian held Somaliland & it looks as if no registration facilities were available at Wajir with the fee probably being paid in cash & adhesives applied in transit at Advance Base P.O. in Nairobi ………………...a fascinating & scarce item

The CCSG as at 2000 only give one date for type IV No 12 of 19 Jun 43, this extends that date by 10 months.
