Le Sueur, British Embassy, Rio, Brazil, bearing Trinidad General Post Office & Treasury 5c tied Port of Spain cds & with P.C. 90 OPENED BY EXAMINER IE / 8695 label & with on reverse BRITISH RED CROSS SOCIETY / TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO / CENTRAL COUNCIL BRANCH handstamp & partial Barbados G.P.O. (3 Mar) arrival datestamp & bold G.P.O. Barbados (6 Mar) despatch back to Trinidad c/o ICZ who then forwarded it to British Embassy, Brazil & with on face pencil Rec April 6. ……………Quite an extraordinary cover that smells of covert activities & needs research that I don’t have time for.
