1942 (Mar 2) Plain envelope to Lakefield, Ontario bearing 2d tied Road Town / Tortola V.I. cds & with EXAMINED BY / C. 93 label with 93 deleted & blue handstamp14200 inserted ….Small amount label gone but all text remains….After Pearl harbour censorship was applied to British Virgin Islands mail by the USA at Charlotte Amalie Puerto Rico which was opened as Sub Station to San Juan on 12.2.42 & closed six months later on 31.8.42 Mail is not often encuntered
