Mail Centre, Bombay without postal markings as it is written whilst still in Thailand as he is working in the Camp Dispensary & states he will be on the last party to leave, the Aussies & Dutch will leave from Bangkok but evacuation has not yet started, he will leave in a few days via Rangoon.
