WW2 OHMS undated envelope to Commanding Officer, HMS Hebe but has to be Post 22 Nov 43 because she was sunk by a mine laid off the coast at Bari Italy on that day & with red Post Office / Maritime & rare black RETURN TO SENDER / ADMIRALTY INSTRUCTIONS (Instructions is weak)…The vessel was in Malta from 12 – 14 Nov 1943 just prior to her fateful journey to Southern Italy..
