Italy cancelled APO S. 2? cds located somewhere in France & with red oblong Crown Passed By Censor 1368 & with on reverse Barbados (6 Sep ?) arrival cds….At the outbreak of War many colonial patriots from mainly the larger colonial areas of India, Canada, Australia & New Zealand joined the British against the oppressors, however also volunteers & later Conscripts including from Newfoundland, African nations plus smaller West Indian & Pacific Islands joined & these are rare seldom seen or offered.
