1974(Sep 2) Airmail envelope used internally to Phnom Penh bearing 3r Rhinoceros tied Krakor cds which is in Pursat Province with large SCREENED BY applied at the Embassy & on reverse red framed Kymer Censor cachet Against Western Aggression as this was during the Pol Pot genocide period 1974 – 1979….When this item came to stock it was stated to be addressed to a U.S.M.C. solder on Embassy Guard duty !! & I am open to hear your thoughts comments etc that can educate me..
