1941 (Oct 18) [18.10.84] Plain stampless envelope to Bangkok with at top right red crayon manuscript Taw Raw (Police) cancelled on reverse faint Hot cds & with manuscript Truad Law (Censored) provincial censor of Chieng Mai in black ink & with on face T within triangle hand stamp in black with manuscript 20 alongside for deficiency………..Scarce item of internal provincial censorship & taxed from Hot which is located in the southern part of Chieng Mai province with presumably the police officer sender hoping & thinking he would get free postage
