Consul General hand stamp with signature & manuscript Received in London 8/8/40 ……… This item would noted this went fro have reached Paris by 14 June 1940 when Germany occupied it & given that it took 2 months to arrive it is believed this reached Marseilles went overland to Lisbon & surface to destination arriving 8 August 1940….An interesting item
