1919 (Jul 24) Coloured picture post card entitled “Ragusa – Gundulic-Platz” to London bearing Chain Breaker 10 tied Dubrovnik /Ragusa cds & with black unframed T & Censurirano. Dubrovnik hand stamps with interesting message ” Landed here this morning – a most interesting old town encircled with it’s original fortifications” ……….After the fall of the Austro Hungarian Empire in 1918 Ragusa was incorporated into the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats & Slovenes that later on 13 July 1922 became Yugoslavia with the entire period being unsettled
