1895 (Mar 29) Crested Seaforth Highlanders envelope with stain to left, worn & creased to Manchester endorsed on reverse from L/Cpl. H.R. Scriven, G Coy, 2nd Seaforth Highlanders, Bajour Field Force bearing India 2a6p Green (SG 103) tied by superb belted F. P.O. 1/No 6A cds used by the Bajour Field Force during the Chitral campaign on the North West frontier & with on reverse Bombay/F transit cds………..The 2nd Seaforth Highlands were part of the 3rd Brigade that formed the Western Column & was named Bajour Field Force…..despite faults this is the only identifiable item of mail I have seen…… very rare
