1916 (Feb 19) Coloured postcard entitled “Wurzburg- Alte Mainbrude mit feftung und Kappele” to Herrnn R.G.L. Barrett, Englander-Lager, Ruhleben bin Berlin, Barracke 7 cancelled Wurzburg date stamp & with red B within circle & blue framed Briefkontrolle /zur Reforderund Friegebeben /Englanderlager Ruhleben affixed over where adhesive has been removed ……………The Ruhleben Express Delivery (R.X.D.) was established in the camp in July 1915 & was closed down by the authorities in April 1916 when the operators were found to have made available & sold the stamps on the open German market.
