1942 (Mar 2) Plain env to Lakefield, Ontario bearing 2d tied Road Town/Tortola V.I. d/s & w/Examined By/C. 93 label [93 deleted] & 14200 h/s in blue inserted ….After pearl harbour censorship was applied to British Virgin Islands mail by the USA at Charlotte Amalie Puerto Rico which was opened as Sub Station to San Juan on 12.2.42 & closed six months later on 31.8.42 Small amount label gone but very Scarce
