1913(Aug 3) Envelope to Jassy (Lasi) bearing 5b tied SERV.TELEGR. POST. MILITAR. / ETAPA PRIMO.6.Z.E. cds & with Lasi arrival cds. After the 1st Balkan war Bulgaria was dissatisfied with her share of the spoils & on 16 June 1913 attacked her former allies of Serbia & Greece but the initial attack was repulsed & countered & this provoked Roumania who mobilised her army on 5 July intending to seize Southern Dobruga. On 10 July, 80,000 soldiers of the 5th Army under General Loan Culcer invaded & occupied Southern Dobruga.
