1914 (Nov 20) Bureau International de la Paix a Bern printed envelope to The Commander of War Camp Malta endorsed Service des Prisonniers de Guerre cancelled Bern 1 machine datestamp with integral red cross symbol & with red circular Passed By Censor /Crown /No 1076 & unframed black Maltest “T” tax handstamp which was not collected.
