1916 (Jun 16) Plain envelope to Scheveningen bearing GV strip 4 + single ½d with Black on white Opened By /Censor /1215 label overlaid by Green on white Opened By /Censor /12 label used by the Forensic Dept for a very short period at the end of May & in June 1916 with on reverse Scheveningen (5 Jul) arrival cds…… As at July 1990 Mark in British Censorship of Civil Mails during WW1 recorded 15 examples between 27 May – 14 June 1916…this extends the usage date from 14 to 16 June
