1917(Nov 11)[24 Nov] PPC of Remains of the Old Well at Pskov to Hove, Sussex & forwarded on arrival apparently from a British Nurse bearing pair 1 kon & 2 x 3 kon tied Russian Field Post cds & violet 69 within square box censor. She was still there a month after the Bolshevik uprising of the 24-25 October 1917 & one does wonder how she got on as Pskov located North West Russia 50 km from Estonia & 65 km to Latvia would provide relatively easy escape should the Bolsheviks get too close..
