Dean…Bakhariza is very close to Archangel, no soldier of the name J.B. Dean served in North Russia but is listed as M 9904 J.B. Dean S.B.A. (Sick Berth Attendant) on the Navy roll, X 19 within oval mark was allocated to mail From H.M. Ships, HMHS Kaylan was at Archangel at the time so I conclude that this card is from Hospital Ship Kaylan.
