1918(Nov) Inset photograph of the 5 funneled Russian cruiser “Askold” annotated on reverse Photo taken in Murmansk harbour November 1918…Askold was commissioned as a Russian Cruiser on 23 Jan 1902…with the rise of the Bolshevik regime she was seized by the British in Kola Bay, Murmansk & recommissioned as HMS Glory in August 1918..
