1920 (May 10) larger envelope with vertical crease left side to Berlin bearing Marienwerder adhesives 2 x 10gr & 2 x 20gr tied Grossnebrau cds on the first day of the new rate of 60 gr increased from 30 gr during the Inter Allied Commission established 14 Feb – 16 Aug 1920 while a Plebiscite took place 11 July 1920 to elect whether the area stayed with Germany to went to Poland.
