1937 (Jan 20) Printed Pre addressed envelope to Kelly’s Directories Ltd, London bearing 50c tied Lebrija cds & with manuscipt Censura in pencil & black 17mm P.C. within circle handstamp & on reverse Lisbon transit (23 Jan) datestamp ………… the 17mm P.C. mark is not listed by the Civil Censorship Study Group as far as I know
