Censor 27 (type RAF R4)with signature of censoring officer… RAF Censor R4 censors were primarily used in the security areas of the UK & Ireland plus Iceland & any use outside of these areas is very limited..Only 4 Censor 27 have been previously & this is the 2nd item with APO 435 giving an indication of origin.
