1940(Aug 5)Plain envelope with part back flap gone to Newcastle – on – Tyne bearing Aden 2½a tied unclear Aden cds & with alongside violet circular RAF Censor No 65 (type RAF R1)… Aden use is rather scarce as it’s geographical position left it isolated with insecure air & sea routes in all directions after Italy entered the War in June 1940
