1940 (Dec 16) France 90c special post card for communicating between Vichy unoccupied areas to occupied France addressed to Strasbourg from a sailor on Naval Air Transport ” Commondant Teste” at Toulon & with circular Marine Francaise /Service a la Mer h/s with Anchor in centre in red together with unused postcard of the ship…….. This is the only military usage that I have ever seen of this card
