Shoolman/Government Coast Agent/Mombasa h/s in violet & w/circular APS EAF [14 Aug] arrival d/s. Previous address deleted in blue crayon & envelope then severed & reduced to 22cm x 15cm for re-use utilising OHMS Economy labels to Regimental Paymaster, C.O Southern Brigade, Lagos, Nigeria bearing KUT 50c tied APO-U-MPK/2 d/s [14 Aug] despatch d/s & w/Lagos/Nigeria [27 Sep] arrival d/s……………….
