1940(Sep 10) 6d on 4d Mitre Peak, Registered Postal Stationary envelope used internally from Christchurch to Wellington with red crayon “Censor” & Opened and passed by Censor / in New Zealand label tied violet circular Passed by Censor / 18 ….Very unusual internal censorship perhaps the addressee was listed on a Watch or Black list?
