1940 (Jun 17) Airmail envelope registered to Dakar bearing 1940 National Fete pair 30c + 10c & single 10c + 5c tied Le Locle cds & with black framed Geneva registration for 5g letter & violet unframed Service Postal Suspendu hand stamp applied in Geneva ………Germany invaded the Low countries in May 1940 & occupied Paris by the 14th June which was 3 days prior to this being posted. This mail miight have got out via Marseilles however the Swiss PTT guide for July 1940 states Air Services to French West Africa & other French Colonies had been Suspended
