1940 (May 13) Window envelope cancelled 30c Vevey meter with OPENED BY /EXAMINER label (CCSG T13 A) with handstruck violet 6059 applied at Gibraltar…I speculate that the destination was probably USA, it was mailed just one month before Italy entered the war (10 Jun 40) & just 5 weeks after (4/5 Apr 40) the delayed decision of (14 Feb 40 ex P.O. Archives) was made to examine Westward Outgoing Neutral mails……pity that it is a window envelope
