Exceptionally envelope turned & used for Printed Matter to Washington D.C. bearing GV 5c tied Chilaw cds (12 May 42) & Censors hand stamp & with unframed red AUG 10, 1942 7PM arrival hand stamp……….Rare item of re-used envelope Censored to an overseas destination.
