Intercepted in Bermuda with very uncommon 167g.g. [P.C. 90] Examiner 5271 & condemed. Later released & with violet HELD BY BRITISH / CENSOR / RELEASED JAN 1946 with on reverse Lisbon (13 Jun) transit proving the hugely expensive route was Casablanca – Leopoldville..Sabena to Marseilles..Air France to Lisbon..Panam FAM 18 to New York (but only after a long delay) & with New York transit (13 Feb 1946) & Church St. arrival (14 Feb) …….An exceptional & truly extraordinary item & the only one I have ever seen proven to have taken this route & treated in the manner it was..
