1942 ( Dec 19) Plain envelope originally used from Bournemouth to Dewsbury with adhesive neatly removed & with plain white label affixed over address & re-used to Toronto from 1646805 AC2 Barker JA cancelled F.P.O. 632 (22 Apr) cds recorded used in Tunisia from 1 Dec 42 – 13 Aug 43 & with violet 8 sided star RAF Censor 481 (type R 14)partly overlaid by Army Form W. 3424 /Opened /By /Censor label imprinted 51- 4786 tied by red Passed By Base Censor /26 Apr 1943 /R.A.F. handstamp.

Canadian Air Force personel were certainly attached to the RAF. Type R14/481 is not listed among the 30 recordings of R/14 by Colley used in Tunisia & with only 20 recordings of Type R19 that was applied at Base HQ in Algeria this is a significant RAF censored item
