1942(Aug 3) unusual envelope from Ramnad district headed Prisoner of War Post, censored at Bombay & addressed to Civilian Internee at Malacca c/o Prisoner of War Information Bureau, Tokyo. Some unidentified writing on the inside of the envelope indicates it possibly arrived someplace but no other indications of delivery
