Clarence R. Webber, Philippines Military Prison Camp # 1 to Joseph Webber, Indianpolis & redirected with unframed 10971 / U.S. Censor & below ink Jun 17 – 43……. I assume the to be applied on arrival date as Tett in Vol. 5 page 30 states that it is believed these were sent between Jun – Dec 1942 & that none were dated.
