Nizi (1.45N 30.18E) is a smaller place in Eastern Congo almost equidistant between Bunia to the South & Djugu to the north & opposite Lake Albert. Whether the manuscript Nizi is part of the address or censorship is debatable but Foden states in WW2 Censorship in the Belgian Congo (CCSG April 1989) “If population, and particularly European population , was one of the main criteria for the establishment of Censor offices, then it would not be surprising if further research were to turn up evidence of censorship at Nizi” ..
