Butler a former volunteer with the Finns during the Winter War who after the Finns capitulated escaped to Sweden & was Interrned & cancelled on arrival London SW1 /Paid cds with contents relating to difficulties in communicating via the Red Cross …..Former volunteers who reached Sweden were interned at Malung Camp from 1st July 1941 & at Varmland from 19th October….Mail was limited & forwarded in the Foreign Offfice bag by the British Legation in Stockholm…mail is seldom encountered
