WW2 SERVICE des PRISONNIERS de GUERRE, IMPERIAL JAPANESE ARMY printed card on yellowish paper with a couple of small faults with preprinted red Military Mail & framed Ken’etsuzumi (Censored) / Philippines Furyo Shuyosho (Philippines Prisoner of War Camp) with below a space for the censoring officer to place his chop, Iwanaka, unusually in this case there is also another censors orange oval that looks like Nishida, from Pvt. Clarence R. Webber, Philippines Military Prison Camp # 1 to Joseph Webber, Indianpolis & redirected on arrival……. Tett states in Vol 5 page 30 that all mail from Camp 1 was censored by Iwanaka (Camp Commandant) so a bit odd to have another!
