Force [51st Div Scout Unit, South Sea EF] w/boxed Censor h/s & chop of Hirabayashi inserted……….Scarce mail from Scout Unit of 51st Div which arrived in Rabaul at the end of 1942 and left on 28 Feb 1943. Very short period of usage
