Koussis, Office des Prisonniers de Guerre, Kolokotroni Y., Athens, Greece to Ruth with her reply of 1 Sep together with Vatican War Enquiry Dept., 11 Cavendish Square, London W1 instruction slip listing regulations for reply…. An unusual & intriguing item that appears to be possibly between two female Vatican War Enquiry employees who seem to be more or less following the instructions on the slip ……..
