Neath cds & triple censored with black on pink bi-lingual S.P.1 Opened By Censor + PC90 Opened By /Examiner 4,054 + plain brown label tied Geoffnet OKW Eagle Swastika hand stamp with alongside red 5634 & 3510 within frame plus blue framed Zuruck / Verkehr vorlaufig eingestellt (basically translates as “Return this Traffic” ) deleted in blue crayon but then blue violet unframed Retour /Service Interrompustamp hand applied …….. A scarce triple censored item that failed to reach it’s destination due to disrupted services & having a Zuruck hand stamp of the Munich Censor station. deleted yet still Returned by the French probably due to the fact that allies by September 1943 had already landed in Italy
