1943 (Aug ) Orange Japanese Military printed Dove & Helmet Stationary card to Rinnosuke Kurokawa, Shibakiri, Kanie Town, Kaifu-Gun, Aichi Prefecure from Masao Kurokawa, Isozaki Party, “Mou ” 6081 Unit, 1st Battery of Independant Field Search, 18th Army, Eastern New Guinea, South Sea E. F. with boxed Censored hand stamp with oval orange chop of Noguchi inserted & additionally censored with oval chop of Isoaki & endorsed “Arrived 4th Oct Showa 18th year” = 1943 …………The 18th Japanese Naval Army was activated on 7 August 1943 to take over from the 17th Army in Eastern New Guinea & this was written during the period of the US counter offensive shortly after his arrival
