Cancelled Manila P.I. Post Early slogan & with framed OFFICIAL & long unframed Japanese handstamp translating to P.I. Military Political Management of General Affairs & Public Relations Dept. plus violet framed bi-lingual Passed by Censor / Japanese Military Police ….During 1942 – 43 many foreign aliens were allowed to live in Manila on Passes due to shortage of space in Santo Tomas camp but when Los Banos camp opened they had to report with light hand luggage for reclocation to Los Banos……….See Tett vol. 5 pages 110-112..
