Ltd., Mombasa bearing GB GV1 1/- + 3d overprinted E.A.F. tied belted Mogadiscio cds & with losenge Crown / Passed /YY h/s in violet with manuscript 1 inserted in red crayon & very scarce bi-lingual Provisional printed on back of Italian Official document Opened By Examiner / Aperto dall’ Esamonatore label (CCSG ST1a.) ……Despite rough opening at top the YY losenge censor is scarce & the label even more so with only recorded as at 1999 being 23 Aug 1944 this is 26 days later.
