1944 (Sep 20) Printed OHMS from R.N.Z.A.F., Hqrs.,51-55 Strand, London envelope to Winnipeg, Manitoba bearing Canada 4c tied Ottawa slogan & with on reverse 100% perfect NZ Wax seal…An intriquing item that I believe originated from R.N.Z.A.F. HQ in London and was bagged to Canadian Air Force HQ at Rockcliffe, Ottawa where 4c was appled for internal carraige to destination. The Wax seal I have not seen previously yet does lead credence to mail of some importance
