1945(Probably Jan) RAF crested envelope from 2245034 A/C2 Mundy R.F. to Port Isaac, Cornwall cancelled red unhelpful Post Office/ Maritme Mail & endorsed Rec’d 7 March ’45 & with violet unframed RAF CENSOR / 97 (Type RAF R6) that is recorded as used on Troopship with FPO 190 at Suez on 4 Jan “45 so he was apparently on his way home ….Nice to be able to pin this interesting item down to Egypt which is scarce for RAF R6..
