Emmanuel 30c with type 5 overprint together with unoverprinted 2 x Italia 15c & Augustus 1.75 lire tied Savignoa cds with a crude looking OWK reclosing label tied by Green OWK hanstamp probably applied Vienna & further tied by violet circular Italian Provinciale 41 over R & with on reverse unframed violet Prelevata per la Censura & Restituita alle Posta per l’ Inoltro & other markings ……..A very interesting item and very scarce from here.
