R.O.S., 2-VB Bandoeng, Java bearing Queen Wilhelmina 15c plus 25c overprinted 1947 & 2 x 10c tied Bandoeng cds…………The D.E.I. declared Independence 17 Aug 45 & finally on 27 Dec 49 the Dutch government recognised this.
