1968 (Mar 3) Improvised envelope made from ruled sheet of paper together with letter written 3 Mar to Viet Cong soldier with 66th Regiment, North Vietnam Army bearing adhesive cancelled Hanoi machine date stamp (21 Mar) that has been mutilated possibly by the authorities prior to being carried by military courier to the front as many letters were or later after his capture by US forces.
