Plain envelope to Viet Cong soldier with 60th Supplementary Platoon, North Vietnam Army bearing adhesive with very faint partial unreadable cds that has been mutilated possibly by the authorities prior to being carried by military courier to the front as many letters were or later by US authorities after his capture with on back a series of transit date stamps that appear to read An-Hai /Viet-Nam.
