1968 (Mar 20) Improvised envelope made from ruled sheet of paper & back made from old letter of February 68 together with letter to Viet Cong soldier with 2nd Support Group, North Vietnam Army without any adhesives or postal marking & most likely carried by military courier as many letter were.
