1968 (Aug 10) Improvised miniature envelope 108 x 75mm made from ruled sheet of paper first used on 10 August then turned & re-used again to Viet Cong soldier with North Vietnam Army at Cau Dac IV without any adhesives or postal marking & most likely carried by military courier as many letter were.
